Shipping & delivery

Cost

Shipping is free worldwide on every order, with no minimum spend. There is no shipping line to pay at checkout — the product price is the total, in US dollars.

Timing

• Order processing: 1-2 business days.
• United States, United Kingdom and EU: typically 6-10 business days.
• Rest of the 34 destination countries: typically 8-14 business days.
• Tracking is emailed automatically when your parcel is dispatched.

Duties and taxes

Any import duties or local taxes are determined by your country and are not included in the product price unless stated at checkout. Where checkout collects them, the amount is shown before you pay.

Split shipments

Orders with several items may arrive in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking number. You are never charged twice for shipping.

Problems with a delivery

If tracking stops updating for more than seven days, or a parcel arrives damaged, email info@54pet.com with your order number and photos. We replace or refund damaged goods.
