Terms of service

These terms apply to all purchases from 54pet.com, operated by 54Grid Limited, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, WC2H 9JQ, London, United Kingdom.

Orders and pricing

All prices are displayed and charged in US dollars (USD). An order is accepted when we send a confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or a price was published in error.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and its providers. We do not store card details.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. Import duties and local taxes, where applicable, are your responsibility unless collected at checkout.

Returns

Our returns policy is set out on the Returns page and applies in addition to any statutory rights you have in your country.

Product use

Our products are pet accessories. They are not veterinary devices and, unless a product page states a specific certification, they are not certified crash-protection or safety restraints. Always supervise your animal and follow the product instructions.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
